Conquistas dos direitos educacionais para surdos : sua concretude ordenamento jurídico

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho integra um conjunto de estudos sobre as evoluções históricas dos direitos educacionais de alunos surdos. Com base no nosso ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, apontar questões que contribuíram na universalização da escola inclusiva para surdos, para que ocorresse de forma mais eficaz o acesso à educação e a atenção a diversidade, tendo como foco constituir uma escola para todos com objetivo de atender as necessidades de forma individual. Diante desse trabalho, foi possível acompanhar brevemente, os avanços que trouxeram através da política educacional adotada, investigando os limites e possibilidades de progresso na educação inclusiva. Mais do que isso, apontar de forma reflexiva e positiva o progresso das legislações brasileiras, devido o reconhecimento das necessidades presentes em cada momento histórico. Sob essa perspectiva para a Educação Especial se constitui, portanto, uma ferramenta indispensável para efetivar a inclusão dos alunos surdos nas escolas, o suporte necessário através das legislações como defesa, garantias e direitos, afim de traçar estratégias que diminuam as diferenças.

Abstract: This paper includes studies about the historical evolution of the educational laws of deaf students. Based on our Brazilian legal system, to address issues that contributed to the universalization of the inclusive school for the deaf, so that access to education and attention to diversity could occur more effectively, with a focus on constituting a school for all, with the goal of meeting their individual needs. Through this study, it was possible to briefly follow the advances that have been brought through the adopted educational policy, investigating the limits and possibilities of progress in inclusive education. More than this though, to point out in a reflective and positive way the progress of Brazilian legislation, due to the recognition of the needs present in each historical moment. From this perspective, for the Special Needs Education consists, therefore, an indispensable tool to effect the inclusion of deaf students in schools, the necessary support through legislation such as defense, guarantees and rights, in order to define strategies that reduce differences.
