Aspectos emocionais de pacientes oncológicos frente aos exames de rotina : um estudo fenomenológico

Abstract

Resumo: O objetivo deste estudo foi buscar compreender as vivências dos pacientes oncológicos frente aos exames periódicos pós cirúrgicos, em fase de tratamento, em vista da possibilidade de recidiva da doença, os fatores Psicológicos observados nesta fase e o quanto esses fatores influenciam no controle da doença. Foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa, buscando a compreensão subjetiva das pessoas a respeito da doença, de modo que, foram realizadas entrevistas com quatro mulheres com idade entre 49 a 63 anos, em fase de controle e manutenção da doença. As questões buscavam identificar as unidades de significados, essências contidas nas descrições dos participantes, revelando a estrutura do fenômeno Psicológico, desse modo, foi realizada uma entrevista semi-estruturada. A pesquisa possibilitou identificar como a mulher acometida pelo câncer enfrenta à condição de ser-no-mundo. Levantou-se ainda os aspectos emocionais envolvidos nesta fase do tratamento, o apego à fé para superação da doença e a importância da família do paciente envolvida neste momento na qual o paciente se submete aos exames de rotina e lida com a possibilidade de recidiva da doença. Desse modo, a partir dos resultados obtidos, considerou-se necessário o acompanhamento do Psicólogo neste processo de enfrentamento e controle da doença, pois é necessário acompanhar os medos, sentimentos, fantasias presentes neste processo, para que o paciente saiba lidar com este enfrentamento não existindo fatores que impeçam o processo de controle da doença e a realização dos exames de rotina.

Abstract: Emotional Aspects of Cancer Patients Forward Routine Tests - A Phenomenological Study The aim of this study was to try to understand the experiences of cancer patients compared to the periodic examination after surgical phase of treatment, in view of the possibility of recurrence, which Psychological factors observed at this stage and how these factors influence the control of the disease. We performed a qualitative study , aiming subjective understanding of the people about the disease , so that , interviews were conducted with four women with ages ranging from 49 to 63 years , under the control and maintenance of the disease . The questions sought to identify the units of meanings , essences contained in the descriptions of the participants , revealing the structure of the psychological phenomenon thus conducted a semi structured interview. The research allowed to identify as a woman affected by cancer faces the condition of being in the world. Rose further the emotional aspects involved at this point , clinging to faith to overcome the disease and the importance of the patient's family involved in this phase in which the patient is subjected to routine tests and deals with the possibility of recurrence of the disease . In this way, from the results obtained, it is necessary to monitor the Psychologist in the process of coping and disease control, it is necessary to follow all fears, feelings, fantasies present in this process, so that the patient knows how to deal with this confrontation does not exist factors that impede the process control of the disease and the routine tests.
