Problemáticas da adoção : um olhar sobre a criança e ao adolescente

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como objeto de estudo, o procedimento e as problemáticas da adoção. Promover, por meio de pesquisas, uma nova visão para que futuras melhorias no sistema possam ser colocadas em prática, para que seja visto como um novo horizonte de pensamentos, como empatia e preocupação com o ambiente em que as próprias pessoas vivem. A adoção é um procedimento realizado em que, existe uma criança ou adolescente sem nenhuma família que muitas vezes se encontra em instituição de abrigo e do outro lado existe alguém ou alguma família a fim de adotar uma criança ou adolescente para formar ou fazer parte do seu seio familiar, ou seja, alguém assume como seu, o filho de outra pessoa. Serão apresentados os tipos de família e as modalidades de adoção. Bem como, exposto como a questão do abandono de crianças no Brasil é um problema que afeta diretamente na vida destas crianças e da sociedade. Serão demonstrados índices retirados do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) e do Sistema Nacional de Adoção e Acolhimento (SNA) referente às exigências de perfis para adoção e o andamento das adoções realizadas pelo novo sistema. Além da Constituição Federal de 1988, o Código Civil de 1916, o primeiro Código de Menores de 1927, o presente trabalho irá discorrer sobre o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA) que trouxe grandes inovações no tocante a proteção dos direitos das crianças e dos adolescentes. O ECA sofreu algumas alterações que interferem e buscam melhoras o procedimento da adoção no país, para os dias de hoje e futuramente. Foram criados novos sistemas, como o SNA, novas ferramentas como a Busca Ativa; também foram criados alguns projetos para uma maior aproximaçãodos adotantes com outras pessoas que disponibilizam tempo ou contribuem economicamente para os mesmos, com o apadrinhamento, apadrinharte, entre outros.

Abstract: The present work of conclusion of course has as object of study, the procedure and the problems of the adoption. To promote, through research, a new vision so that future improvements in the system can be put into practice, so that it is seen as a new horizon of thoughts, such as empathy and concern for the environment in which people themselves live. Adoption is a procedure carried out in which there is a child or teenager without any family who is often in a shelter institution and on the other side there is someone or some family in order to adopt a child or teenager to form or be part of their family, that is, someone assumes someone else's child as their own. The types of family and the modalities of adoption will be presented. As well, exposed how the issue of child abandonment in Brazil is a problem that directly affects the lives of these children and society. Indexes will be demonstrated that were taken from of National Council of Justice (NCJ), and of National Adoption and Reception System (NARS) regarding the requirements of profiles for adoption and the progress of adoptions carried out by the new system. In addition to the Federal Constitution of 1988, the Civil Code of 1916, the first Minors Code of 1927, the present work will discuss the Statute of Children and Teenagers (SCT) that brought great innovations regarding the protection of the rights of children and adolescents. of teenagers. The SCT has undergone some changes that interfere and seek to improve the adoption procedure in the country, for today and in the future. New systems were created, such as NARS, new tools such as Active Search; some projects were also created to bring adopters closer to other people who provide time or contribute economically to them, such as the sponsoring, sponsoring art, and others.
