Medidas socioeducativas aplicadas aos adolescentes psicopatas

Abstract

Resumo: A psicopatia, considerado um transtorno de personalidade, é um termo com grande complexidade e dificilmente de ser conceituado, porém de extrema importância, porque apesar de não manifestarem possuir sentimentos, conseguem ter a consciência de certo e errado, ou seja, possuem discernimento para a ilicitude. É de se salientar que não necessariamente um psicopata seja criminoso, existem pessoas com o transtorno de personalidade ou psicopatia que conseguem chegar a ter família e ter grandes careiras profissionais, porém eles não possuem empatia, fazendo de tudo para chegar ao seu objetivo, causando grandes estragos, sendo um ato infracional ou não. E aos que chegam a cometer atos infracional podem ainda, em sua adolescência serem submetidos a medidas socioeducativas, onde sem uma análise psicológica e psiquiátrica correta, o que geralmente acontece pela falta de conhecimento e profissionais especializados, causa diversas reincidências ou até mesmo serem considerados doentes mentais, tendo assim o direito de exclusão de culpabilidade por doença mental. Considerando que as necessidades de tratamento de um adolescente psicopata são diferentes, que necessita de uma atenção e que ao ser decretado sua medida socioeducativa tenha em seu plano individual de entendimento testes adequados ao transtorno em questão, além de medidas em que ensine limites e empatia, com o objetivo de ensinar ao adolescente ou criança psicopata o que é ter empatia e aprender limites, o que decorrente do transtorno não possui essa noção. Considerando interessante a possibilidade de conhecimento básico entre as pessoas para que aos primeiros sinais do transtorno em crianças e adolescentes, o responsável ou alguém de convívio com a criança possa observar e desde já seja iniciada o tratamento evitando assim aos casos mais graves em que chegam a cometer crimes de grande impacto social.

It should be noted that a psychopath is not necessarily a criminal, there are people with personality disorder or psychopathy who manage to have a family and have great professional careers, but they do not have empathy, doing everything toreach their goal, causing great damage, whether an infraction or not. And those who commit infractions can still, in their adolescence, be subjected to socio-educational measures, where without a correct psychological and psychiatric analysis, which usually happens due to the lack of knowledge and specialized professionals, causes several recidivism or even be considered sick. mental illness, thus having the right to be excluded from liability for mental illness. Considering that the treatment needs of a psychopathic teenager are different, that they need attention and that, when their socio-educational measure is enacted, they have in their individual care plan tests suitable for the disorder in question, in addition to measures that teach limits and empathy, with the objective of teaching the psychopathic teenager or child what it is to have empathy and learn limits, which due to the disorder does not have this notion. Considering that the possibility of basic knowledge among people is interesting so that at the first signs of the disorder in children and adolescents, the guardian or someone familiar with the child can observe and treatment can be started, thus avoiding the most serious cases in which they reach commit crimes of great social impact.
