A exploração do trabalho infantil social

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho tem como objetivo o estudo sobre o trabalho infantil e quais suas consequências sociais, voltado para a análise das principais causas sociais e de quais formas o labor infantil pode ocorrer. Observando ainda, como as estatísticas sobre o trabalho infantil aumentaram frente à pandemia da COVID-19. Durante o estudo a base legal utilizada será Convenção nº 182 da Organização Internacional do Trabalho, o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente e a Consolidação das leis Trabalhistas, permeando sempre ao princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana e as garantias constitucionais para assegurarem o desenvolvimento sadio da criança. Por fim, o tema se mostra de extrema importância porque ele afeta a economia do País e principalmente o desenvolvimento da criança, esta que é o futuro do País. Por isso para que o Brasil continue se desenvolvendo é necessário que se tenha uma base preparada, evitando assim, a propagação de um ciclo de defasagem educacional e social.

Abstract: The present work aims to study child labor and its social consequences, focusing on the analysis of the main social causes and the ways in which child labor can occur. Also noting how statistics on child labor have increased in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. During the study, the legal basis used will be Convention No. 182 of the International Labor Organization, the Statute of Children and Adolescents and the Consolidation of Labor Laws, always permeating the principle of human dignity and constitutional guarantees to ensure the healthy development of child. Finally, the topic is extremely important because it affects the country's economy and especially the development of children, which is the country's future, so for Brazil to continue developing it is necessary to have a prepared and developed, thus avoiding the propagation of a cycle of educational and social lag.
