Fatores críticos de sucesso na implantação de sistemas ERP's

Abstract

Resumo: Na implantação de sistemas de planejamento ERP, as organizações buscam a racionalização no uso dos recursos, por meio da identificação do momento exato da geração da demanda, considerando a aquisição de insumos e a distribuição da mão de obra. É possível assim, otimizar decisões, planejamentos e competitividade de maneira interna e externa à organização, podendo resultar em economia financeira e melhores margens de lucro. Este trabalho objetiva apresentar as dificuldades enfrentadas pelas organizações neste tipo de implantação, elencando fatores que, quando observados com atenção, levam ao sucesso da empreitada. A partir da análise de artigos científicos foram obtidos os fatores citados como críticos de sucesso, FCS, neste processo, e que podem ajudar a fortalecer ainda mais a organização e o negócio, no segmento em que ela está inserida. Os artigos foram classificados em ordem de importância, assim como os fatores críticos de sucesso, ordem esta, apresentada pelos próprios autores no decorrer da leitura das obras escolhidas. Em seguida, considerando esta ordem oriunda da análise das publicações, foi obtida uma nova classificação, destes mesmos FCS, junto a especialistas, que também opinaram sobre a possibilidade de incluir mais informações a esta nova lista.

Abstract: When implementing ERP planning systems, organizations seek to rationalize the use of resources, by identifying the exact moment of demand generation, considering the acquisition of inputs and the distribution of labor. It is possible, therefore, to optimize decisions, plans and departures internally and externally to the company, which may result in financial savings and better profit margins. This work aims to present the difficulties faced by companies in this type of implementation, listing factors that, when carefully observed, lead to the success of the undertaking. Based on the analysis of scientific articles, the criteria cited as criteria for success, FCS, were used in this process, and which can help to further strengthen the organization and the business, without any segment in which it is inserted. The articles were classified in order of importance, as well as the defined success criteria, an order presented by the authors themselves during the reading of the chosen works. Then, considering this order resulting from the analysis of the publications, a new classification was obtained, from these same FCS, with specialists, who also gave their opinion on the possibility of adding more information to this new list.
