Bioética e o biodireito na transexualidade : relações na redesignação sexual

Abstract

Resumo: A presente monografia possui o escopo de analisar brevemente Bioética e o Biodireito na transexualidade e as suas relações acerca de cirurgia de redesignação, pretende-se estudar os processos que englobam os direitos na participação e representação popular e seus reflexos na sociedade agregados ao meio jurídico. Ademais, o estudo pretende-se investigar a importância da representatividade de Direitos da Personalidade como instrumento que viabiliza o exercício do poder e a cidadania, para a construção de um sistema igualitário legítimo que concretize os princípios constitucionais de igualdade de gênero de liberdade. Pretende- se desempenhar ao longo do presente trabalho acerca da redesignação sexual e seus referidos impactos, na vida pessoal e coletiva dos transexuais sob o prisma dos estudos da bioética e do biodireito. Tratar-se á dentro da temática no que concerne todo o processo da cirurgia de resignação sexual, até o início, onde o indivíduo não se reconhece mais com aquele sexo no qual nasceu, até a mentalidade, de pertencer ao sexo oposto, e as consequências da mudança de sexo tanto no âmbito individual quanto no âmbito familiar, e coletivo.

Abstract: This monograph has the scope of briefly analyzing bioethics and Biolaw in transsexuality and their relationships regarding reassignment surgery, it is intended to study the processes that encompass the rights in participation and popular representation and their reflections in society added to the legal environment.
