Os impactos da violência doméstica no desenvolvimento infantojuvenil : uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho se baseia na investigação da relação entre a violência doméstica e o desenvolvimento infantil. Possui o intuito de compreender a circunstância em que as crianças vítimas da violência estão inseridas e os impactos que a situação de violência pode causar no desenvolvimento social e emocional da criança e do adolescente e, principalmente, como ela é retratada e está caracterizada em artigos nacionais nos últimos cinco anos. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática de literatura, sendo analisados artigos científicos completos e disponíveis na base de dados eletrônicos da BVS (Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde) e SciELO (Scientific Eletronic Library Online) no período de 2018 a 2022. Os vinte e dois artigos coletados foram analisados qualitativamente e quantitativamente. Os dados obtidos através da busca virtual receberam tratamento estatístico e de análise de conteúdo, adotando abordagem mista para a pesquisa. A análise dos artigos ocorreu quantitativamente com relação aos dados metodológicos e cientométricos, com relação ao ano de publicação, região de estudo, abordagem metodológica, população, fontes bibliográficas e documentais e delineamento de pesquisa. Na análise qualitativa analisou-se os dados com relação aos objetivos dos artigos, conclusão e tendências futuras. Os resultados encontrados na pesquisa apontam para a dificuldade do profissional atender a vítima e famílias em situação de violência, a importância da participação da família, a influência que a violência sofrida causa em diferentes fases da vida como infância, adolescência e vida adulta e a necessidade de mais políticas públicas para reduzir a ocorrência da violência ou as consequências que a mesma produz. Em suma os dados apresentados reforçam a importância do estudo a cerca do tema.

Abstract: The present work is based on the investigation of the relationship between domestic violence and child development. It aims to understand the circumstances in which children who are victims of violence are inserted and the impacts that the situation of violence can have on the social and emotional development of children and adolescents and, mainly, how it is portrayed and characterized in national articles in the last five years. To this end, a systematic literature review was carried out, analyzing complete scientific articles available in the electronic databases of the VHL (Virtual Health Library) and SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) from 2018 to 2022. The twenty-two Collected articles were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The data obtained through the virtual search received statistical treatment and content analysis, adopting a mixed approach to the research. The analysis of the articles occurred quantitatively in relation to methodological and scientometric data, in relation to the year of publication, region of study, methodological approach, population, bibliographic and documentary sources and research design. In the qualitative analysis, the data was analyzed in relation to the objectives of the articles, conclusion and future trends. The results found in the research point to the difficulty for professionals to assist victims and families in situations of violence, the importance of family participation, the influence that suffered violence causes in different stages of life such as childhood, adolescence and adulthood and the need of more public policies to reduce the occurrence of violence or the consequences it produces.
