A dialogia da necropolítica na mídia : perspectiva bakhtiniana das enunciações brasileiras de resistência na pandemia e da ditadura militar de 1964

Abstract

Resumo: O tema desta pesquisa é a relação dialógica, sob a perspectiva de Bakhtin e seu Círculo, entre as enunciações emergentes na mídia brasileira em 2020, responsivas às declarações presidenciais, e as enunciações responsivas de resistência à Ditadura Militar de 1964. Esse tema é delimitado por um enfoque que diferencia e relaciona as enunciações de diferentes atores políticos nos contextos sócio-históricos pandêmico e ditatorial, frente à lógica do biopoder e necropolítica. Esta pesquisa se justifica pela complexidade de compreensão da dinâmica dos processos discursivos e da necessidade de uma abordagem linguístico-discursiva relacionada à teoria política e historiografia. Como objetivo geral trata-se de investigar relações dialógicas entre as enunciações midiáticas responsivas às declarações presidenciais - atreladas ao cronotopo pandêmico emergente no documentário Cercados (2020) - e enunciações de diferentes atores políticos da resistência democrática - atreladas ao cronotopo da Ditadura Militar de 1964 emergente no documentário Verdade 12.528 (2013). Especificamente, busca-se analisar o tom valorativo, permeado pela necropolítica, que articula o dialogismo enunciativo. Teoricamente, a pesquisa se fundamenta em conceitos essenciais à concepção bakhtiniana articulados com as perspectivas historiográficas que Schwarcz e Starling (2019) e Schwarcz (2019) desenvolvem sobre a ditadura militar de 1964 e autoritarismo; o conceito de biopoder por Foucault (2019) e necropolítica por Mbembe (2018). O procedimento metodológico de pesquisa é qualitativo interpretativo, do tipo documental, pois privilegia uma abordagem analítica de enunciados concretos veiculados na imprensa e cinema. A análise de dados indicou que a abordagem linguística dialógica e suas relações com a teoria política e historiografia possibilita uma compreensão mais apurada do dialogismo existente entre as enunciações atreladas aos dois contextos discursivos. A implicação deste estudo é a contribuição para construção coletiva, por pesquisadoras e pesquisadores de uma linguística aplicada indisciplinar, e para a ampliação dos estudos bakhtinianos sobre discurso.

Abstract: The theme of this research is the dialogical relations, from the perspective of Bakhtin and his Circle, between the enunciations emerging in the Brazilian media in 2020, responsive to presidential declarations, and the responsive enunciations of resistance to the Military Dictatorship in 1964. This theme is delimited by an approach that differentiates and relates the enunciations of different political actors in the pandemic and dictatorial socio-historical contexts, facing the logic of biopower and necropolitics. This research is justified by the complexity of understanding the dynamics of discursive processes and the need for a linguistic-discursive approach related to political theory and historiography. The main goal is to investigate dialogical relationships between media enunciations responsive to presidential statements - linked to the emerging pandemic chronotope in the documentary Cercados (2020) - and enunciations of different political actors of the democratic resistance - linked to the emerging Military Dictatorship in 1964 chronotope in the documentary Verdade 12.528 (2013). Specifically, it seeks to analyze the evaluative tone, permeated by necropolitics, which articulates the enunciative dialogism. Theoretically, the research is based on essential concepts to the Bakhtinian conception articulated with the historiographic perspectives that Schwarcz and Starling (2019) and Schwarcz (2019) develop on the Military Dictatorship in 1964 and authoritarianism; the concept of biopower by Foucault (2019) and necropolitics by Mbembe (2018). The methodological research procedure is qualitative and interpretive, of the documentary type, as it favors an analytical approach to concrete statements conveyed in the press and cinema. Data analysis indicated that the dialogical linguistic approach and its relations with political theory and historiography enable a more accurate understanding of the existing dialogism between the enunciations linked to the two discursive contexts. The implication of this study is the contribution to the collective construction, by researchers of an indisciplinary applied linguistics, and to the expansion of Bakhtinian studies on discourse.
