Uma nova perspectiva de casais em fase de aquisição : família multiespécie

Abstract

Resumo: A presente monografia objetivou analisar casais e a nova formação familiar, a família multiespécie, vivendo a fase de aquisição do ciclo vital. Trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa, exploratória, desenvolvida com o delineamento de levantamento. O tema foi escolhido devido às transformações que as famílias contemporâneas vêm sofrendo, resultando em novas formações, diferenciando-se do tradicional pai, mãe e filhos. Sendo assim, este estudo buscou caracterizar o vínculo entre o animal de estimação e casais em fase de aquisição. A amostra foi composta por 91 participantes, do Vale do Paraíba, no estado de São Paulo. Para alcançar esse objetivo foi utilizado um questionário online dividido em duas partes: um inquérito para recolher informações sociodemográficas e a escala LAPS (Lexington Pets Attachment Scale), com 23 questões. Os resultados passaram por análises estatísticas e permitiu-se compreender os motivos os pelos quais está aumentando a quantidade de famílias em fase de aquisição, sem filhos, porém com animais de estimação. Conclui-se que os casais em fase de aquisição realmente consideram ter uma relação muito próxima com seus animais, se assemelhando a familiar.

Abstract: This present thesis was aimed to analyze couples and the new family formation, the multispecies family, living the acquisition phase of the life cycle. It is a quantitative, exploratory research, to be developed with the lifting design. The theme was chosen because of transformations about the contemporary families have been suffering, resulting in new formations, differing from the traditional father, mother and children. Thus, this project sought to characterize the link between the pet and couples in the acquisition phase. The sample was composed by 91 participants, from Vale do Paraiba, in São Paulo State. To achieve this goal, an online questionnaire was used in two parts: a survey to collect sociodemographic information and the Lexington Pets Attachment Scale (LAPS), with 23 questions. The results were statistically analyzed and it was possible to understand the reasons why the number of families in the acquisition phase, without children, but with pets, is increasing. It is concluded that the couples in the phase of acquisition really consider having a very close relationship with their animals, resembling the familiar.
