Title: Management of tourist, profile, satifação and perception of tourists visiting the city of Camocim-Ce • A case study [Gestão de empreendimentos turísticos, perfil, satifação e percepção dos turistas que visitam a cidade de Camocim-Ce • Um estudo de caso]

Abstract: This paper aims to identify some aspects of management, profile, satisfaction and perception of the tourist city of over Camocim/CE-BR, and a resort here shall call Happy Valley Resort. The research is a quantitative and data analysis made from microsoft excel, with 60 tourists as participants chosen randomly and accessibility. The results revealed that 90% of tourists are Brazilians, 42% aged 40-49 years, 76% have a university degree, 56% had a length of stay at the Resort for four to six days, 68% planned to travel on their own and 85% have a family income equal to and exceeding two thousand five hundred dollars and 80% were followed Resort. As to tourist satisfaction, it was observed that the five items that had the highest percentage of satisfaction were: fourth 84% very satisfied, 80% very satisfied bed; Check-in 68% very satisfied and 10% exceeded expectations; bathroom 78 % very satisfied and variety of breakfast 70% very satisfied. How to image the Resort 85% of participants said they had a positive or very positive, since the intention to return to the Resort, 90% responded that they would return.
