Abstract: The assemblers of vehicles, in the current scenery, need to be always prepared to face the new ones competitive that arrive to the country with modern production techniques and disposed to invest heavy to win the market. The customers aren't more totally followers to the mark, they demand quality and speed in the delivery of the final product and, due to that, the company that is better prepared in their chain of activities it wins, immediately, great advantage competitive front to the other automobile ones. In that context, it was studied the influence of the system of note of hours, denominated of RONDA, in the activities of the section of Controller of an automobile company. For that, was made researches bibliographical exploratory allied the case study. It was ended that the RONDA system is a tool of extreme importance that provides to the company a solid and reliable base of source of data capable to feed activities developed in Controller in a fast and dynamic way.
