Abstract: The study analyzes when the educational sports became part of the agenda of political interests and how they conducted the discussions and formulation of policy proposals to the present day. To do this we used the methodology of Multiple Streams, which verifies the factor that influence the formulation of political agendas, through the documentary analysis of National Laws and Decrees that regulate sport, between the periods of 1930 and 2006. The results show that the incorporation of sport on the political scene has been marked mainly by the dispute of interest, leading to the creation of many documents that seek to define concepts and investments, however unsatisfactorily, leaving even the high performance sport larger investments.
