Programa hora da leitura : um olhar para a proposta de práticas de leitura da Secretaria estadual de educação do estado de São Paulo

Abstract

Resumo: A Secretaria Estadual da Educação do Estado de São Paulo, por meio da Coordenadoria de Normas Pedagógicas criou, para atender às necessidades educacionais vigentes ,o Programa Hora da Leitura, que é um enriquecimento curricular e compõe a carga horária dos alunos do ensino fundamental. O programa enfatiza o aprendizado da leitura, o que o torna de suma importância no meio acadêmico e justifica o interesse pela sua investigação minuciosa. O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é discutir as questões referentes ao Programa Hora da Leitura, especificamente o trabalho discute os pressupostos teóricos, analisa as práticas de leitura propostas e discute a viabilidade das orientações para a aplicação, considerando questões relacionadas ao tempo para discussão e para a aplicabilidade das atividades na escola. O corpus é composto pelos documentos que regulamentam o Programa, os materiais do programa disponíveis no site htpp//. www.cenp.edunet@see.sp.gov.br, no link Hora da Leitura e pelo conteúdo das teleconferênicias e videoconferências ocorridas durante o ano de 2005 e início de 2006. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e qualitativa. Os dados analisados possibilitam constatar que a proposta está assentada em teorias de leitura interacionistas e discursivas, além de compreenderem aspectos relacionados aos gêneros das diversas esferas, observa-se o enfoque nos gêneros literários, no que diz respeito às orientações por meio de videoconferência e outras. Por fim, considerando a extensão e importância do programa, ainda que haja concebido como atividade de enriquecimento curricular, acredita-se que as orientações são falhas, pois apresentam algumas incoerências e isso resulta da dificuldade de transposição didática prejudicada, principalmente, em função do número de aula em torno do qual o Programa se organiza

Abstract: The State Secretariat of Education of São Paulo State, by means of the Coordenadoria de Normas Pedagógicas, was created in order to attend the effective necessities, The Hora da Leitura Program that is a curricular enrichment and composes the timetable load of students of the fundamental education. The Program emphasizes the learning of the reading, which becomes it of the extreme importance in the academic means and justifies the interest for its detailed investigation. The general objective of this research is to argue to the referring points to the Hora da Leitura Program. Specifically, this work discusses the theoretical basis, analyzes the practices of reading proposed and argues the viability of the orientations to the application, considering points related to the time of discussion and to the applicability of the activities in the school. The corpus is composed by documents that regulate the Program. The available materials of the Program are in the site http//.www.cenp.edunet@see.sp.gov.br, in link Hora da Leitura and to the contents of the teleconferences and videoconferences occurred during the year 2005 and beginning of 2006. It is about a bibliographical and qualitative research. The analyzed dates make possible to verify tha the proposal is founded in interacionists and discursive theories of reading, besides to understand aspects related to the genres of the speech and to the literacy. Although the program intends the work with the diverse genres of the diverse spheres, the focus in the literary genres is observed, in which is about directions by means of videoconferences and others. Finally, considering the extension and the importance of the program, despite it has been conceived as activity of curricular enrichment, it is clear that the orientations are not perfect, therefore they present some incoherencies and it results in the difficulty of the impaired didactical transposition, mainly, in function of the number of classes around the organization of the Program
