Authors: Souto, Camile Muricy Cajazeira
Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate if the exposed of solution contend pigments before or after the períod of two hours of the removal of the bleaching agent would influence in the final result of the dental bleaching. For the present reserch, had been used twenty bovine incisive teeth, that had had the divided dental crows in four parts, getting themselves fragments whit the approach format of a cube. The specimes had been divided in groups in accordance with the moment of the painted and the type of pigmentante agent: Goup A – 30 min. after bleaching (coffe); Group B – 150 min after bleaching (coffe); Group C – 30 min. after bleaching (wine); Group D – 150 min after bleaching (wine); Group E – Bleached whitout painted; Group F – Whitout bleaching and painted. All the time the specimes was imersed in artificial saliva that was changed each 48 hours. The specimes was submited to the bleaching theeth whit the office tecnic using hidrogen peroxide 35%, activated by LED. The specimes was imersed in solutions contend pigments on periods of thirty and one hundred fifty, after the aplication of the bleach agent. For this two pigmentant agents was tested, in the experimental groups separately: coffe and wine. Immediately after the finishing of the bleaching process and pigmentation that had been carried through in tree sessions, had been carried through the reading of photoreflectance and these written down for posterior tabulatios.
