Violência psicológica contra a mulher : uma análise dos sentidos

Abstract

Resumo: Considera-se relacionamento abusivo aquela relação que apresenta alguma violência, podendo ser violência psicológica ou física. O enfoque deste trabalho será nos relacionamentos que apresentam violência psicológica, essa violência é caracterizada quando uma das pessoas na relação tenta controlar, manipular e humilhar a outra. É uma violência difícil de ser identificada em um relacionamento, pois há falta de informações e conhecimentos pelas mulheres, além disso, os primeiros sinais são bem sutis e difíceis de serem identificados, pois vêm camuflados de ciúmes e preocupação. Este artigo tem como objetivo geral compreender os sentidos atribuídos por mulheres que experienciaram um relacionamento abusivo. Têm como objetivos específicos compreender o processo sócio histórico das relações abusivas, compreender os afetos e percepções de mulheres que passaram por isso e discutir as facilidades e dificuldades no enfrentamento dessa situação. Esta pesquisa delineia-se qualitativa com estudo de caso, para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com duas mulheres adultas que já sofreram violência psicológica dentro de um relacionamento e que aceitaram participar deste estudo. A análise foi realizada a partir da categoria Sentido – Significado de Vigotski, que consiste em um método que vai além da função instrumental, objetivando compreender a relação sujeito/objeto com a própria constituição do sujeito. Os resultados foram organizados em dois núcleos e três subnúcleos de sentidos, sendo eles: a) Percepções e afetos vividos na experiência do abuso, este núcleo apresenta 3 subnúcleos, como "Caiu a ficha": aspectos gerais da percepção do abuso; "Eu sempre abaixava a cabeça": Sobre o sentimento de impotência perante o abuso; "Eu me moldei muito para encaixar naquilo que ele gostava": Sobre os sentimentos de perdas de aspectos do eu; b) O ciclo do abuso. Conclui-se que o estudo atinge seus objetivos e perpassa por um processo sócio – histórico para compreender as relações abusivas vividas por mulheres no Brasil, por conseguinte, identificou-se percepções, no qual, ambas participantes tiveram dificuldades para identificar o abuso em seus relacionamentos, pois o abuso veio camuflado de ciúmes, preocupação, cuidado e amor. Sobre os sentimentos experienciados, ambas relatam sentimento de impotência perante ao abuso e perdas de aspectos do eu.

Abstract: It is considered abusive relationships those relationships that contain any type of violence, which may be psychological or physical violence. The focus of this research will be on relationships that manifest psychological violence, which is characterized when one of the people in the relationship tries to control, to manipulate and to humiliate the other. It is a difficult type of violence to be identified in a relationship, because there is a lack of information and knowledge by women. The first signs are very subtle and difficult to be noticed, because they are brought camouflaged by jealousy and concern. This article has the general objective of understanding the feelings exposed by women who has experienced an abusive relationship, however, there are specific objectives like the socio-historical process of abusive relationships, understanding the affections and perceptions of women who went through this inopportune situation and discussing how easy and how difficult to face this situation. This research is classified as a case study qualitatively, therefore, it was semi-structured analyzed with two adult women, who have already suffered psychological violence in a relationship and have accepted to participate of this research. For the presented research, an analysis was performed, based on the category Sense - Meaning of Vigotski, which consists of a method that goes beyond the instrumental function, aiming to understand the subject / object relationship with the subject's own constitution. The results were organized into two nucleus and three sub-nucleus of senses, which are: a) Perceptions and affects experienced in the abuse experience, this nucleus has 3 sub-nucleus, "The penny dropped": general aspects of the perception of the abuse; "I always lowered my head": About the feeling of helplessness in the face of abuse; "I molded myself a lot to fit what he would like": About the feelings of loss about aspects of "myself"; b) The abuse cycle. It is concluded that the study reaches its objectives and it goes through a socio-historical process to understand abusive relationships experienced by women in Brazil, consequently, perceptions were identified, where both participants had difficulties to identify the abuse in their relationships, because the abuse was camouflaged by jealousy, concern, care and love. Regarding the experienced feelings, both of them reported feelings of helplessness towards abuse and loss of aspects of "myself".
