O estilo de Eliane Brum na reportagem : "os vampiros da realidade só matam pobres" : uma perspectiva Bakhtiniana

Abstract

Resumo: O tema deste trabalho de pesquisa versa sobre análise discursiva dialógica da linguagem, especificamente no gênero reportagem, sob a ótica bakhtiniana. A motivação em realizar esta pesquisa se deu pela singularidade das reportagens da jornalista Eliane Brum, que apresenta a vivência de pessoas comuns em sua realidade concreta, visto que, as reportagens cotidianas procuram manter certo distanciamento do repórter com os fatos narrados. Assim, a pesquisa teve como objetivo, averiguar de que maneira a reportagem "Os vampiros da realidade só matam pobres", de Eliane Brum, ultrapassa a forma comum de composição do gênero, centrada no seu estilo. Como objetivos específicos, a pesquisa buscou verificar de que maneira se organiza essa reportagem e observar os efeitos de sentido causados pela expressividade, provocando uma aproximação do leitor. Como embasamento teórico a pesquisa foi alicerçada na teoria dialógica da linguagem de Mikhail Bakhtin e o Círculo, especificamente nas concepções de enunciado concreto, gêneros do discurso (estilo, tema e forma composicional), relações dialógicas, responsividade e responsabilidade. No percurso do trabalho, foi realizada uma abordagem da perspectiva analítica discursiva, visto que, o trabalho teve o objetivo de averiguar analiticamente o gênero reportagem e seu estilo. Para tanto, foi selecionado, como objeto de estudo (corpus), a reportagem "Os vampiros da realidade só matam pobres" de Eliane Brum, que integra o livro Dignidade! lançado em 2012. Os resultados da análise permitiram concluir que essa reportagem, como gênero discursivo, difere das reportagens pautadas na pretensa impessoalidade objetiva do jornalismo pelo uso da primeira pessoa e pela proximidade da repórter com suas fontes. A implicação deste estudo sugeriu a ampliação dos horizontes no ensino de gêneros discursivos, em específico de reportagens jornalísticas, quando observadas em sua realidade concreta em um tempo e espaço situados.

Abstract: The theme of this research work is about dialogic discursive analysis of language, specifically in the reporting genre, from the Bakhtinian perspective. The motivation to conduct this research was due to the uniqueness of the reports of journalist Eliane Brum, who presents the experience of ordinary people in their concrete reality, since the daily reports seek to maintain some distance from the reporter with the narrated facts. Thus, the research aimed to find out how Eliane Brum's report "Real vampires only kill the poor" goes beyond the common form of genre composition, centered on its style. As specific objectives, the research sought to verify how this report is organized and observe the effects of meaning caused by expressiveness, causing a reader approach. As a theoretical basis the research was based on the dialogical theory of language of Mikhail Bakhtin and the Circle, specifically on conceptions of concrete utterance, speech genres (style, theme and compositional form), dialogical relations, responsiveness and responsibility. In the course of the work, an approach was taken from the discursive analytical perspective, since the work had the objective of analytically ascertaining the reporting genre and its style. To this end, it was selected, as the object of study (corpus), the report "The vampires of reality only kill poor people" by Eliane Brum, which is part of the book Dignity! Launched in 2012. The results of the analysis allowed us to conclude that this report, as a discursive genre, differs from the reports based on the alleged objective impersonality of journalism by the use of the first person and the proximity of the reporter with its sources. The implication of this study suggested the broadening of horizons in the teaching of discursive genres, in particular of journalistic reports, when observed in their concrete reality in a situated time and space.
