Abstract

Resumo: Em muitos casos, os pais negligenciam o vínculo emocional com seus filhos, causando danos profundos à psicologia do indivíduo em situações de desamparo, esquecimento e rejeição. Na medida em que comprove os danos à integridade psicológica e moral dos filhos, do ponto de vista constitucional da família, desde logo propõe e defende a responsabilidade civil dos pais pelo abandono emocional, enfatiza o princípio da dignidade humana e protege as crianças e os jovens. Com a evolução da teoria da proteção integral, as crianças tornaram-se sujeitos de direitos, e essa questão tem sido tratada de maneira especial. Em termos de proteção, reflete as obrigações dos pais para com os filhos menores. O princípio da proteção geral de crianças e adolescentes está vinculado aos princípios da dignidade humana e responsabilidade parental que orienta a educação e a criação das crianças sob a orientação do comportamento parental. Amparados por esse tipo de raciocínio, muitos buscam no departamento jurídico uma indenização civil para os pais.

Abstract: In many cases, parents neglect the emotional bond with their children, causing profound damage to the individual's psychology in situations of helplessness, forgetfulness and rejection. Insofar as it proves damage to the psychological and moral integrity of children, from the constitutional point of view of the family, it immediately proposes and defends the civil responsibility of parents for emotional abandonment, emphasizes the principle of human dignity and protects children and young people. With the evolution of the theory of full protection, children have become subjects of rights, and this issue has been dealt with in a special way. In terms of protection, it reflects the obligations of parents to their minor children. The principle of general protection of children and adolescents is linked to the principles of human dignity and parental responsibility that guide the education and upbringing of children under the guidance of parental behavior. Supported by this kind of reasoning, many look to the legal department for civil damages for their parents.
