Herança digital : transmissão dos bens digitais post mortem no Brasil

Abstract

Resumo:Este trabalho concerne o estudo a respeito da Herança Digital e seus bens digitais e sua necessidade de estudos mais aprofundados a respeito da temática. A Herança Digital diz respeito do acervo digital a qual pertence a um titular falecido, nesse acervo pode conter diversos tipos de bens, quais serão apresentados ao desenrolar desse trabalho. O intuito desse trabalho é salientar a importância da Herança Digital durante a Era Digital, ainda que pouco conhecida. Mas essencial a disseminação dessas informações para a sociedade, para que possam colocar em prática seus direitos e os direitos de seus herdeiros ao decorrer dos anos. O trabalho ainda destaca a relevância da resolução quanto a problemática envolta na temática, pois trata-se de um assunto pouco discutido e falado no Brasil. Por fim, segue então o trabalho a fim de aprofundar os conhecimentos sobre a Herança Digital e suas ramificações.

Abstract: The present work Consist the study regarding digital heritage and belongings and the necessity of deepen studies regarding the subject. Digital heritage refers digital collection wich belonged to a deceased owner, this collection may contain a variety of assets, that are going to be introduced in the development of this work. The purpose of this job is to highlight the importance of digital heritage during the digital age, despite that's little known. Essential to disseminate this information to society, so they can put into practice their rights and their heirs' rights throughout the years. The work highlight aswell the relevance of the resolution regarding the problematic involved in the theme, because it's about na issue little discussed and spoken about in Brazil. Lastly follows the work, in means to deepen the knowleadge of digital heritage and its branchs.
