Deficientes e acessibilidade : princípios e direitos fundamentais sob a ótica da inclusão social

Abstract

Resumo: A presente monografia possui o principal escopo de debater sobre os direitos das pessoas portadoras de deficiência, em consonância com as questões inerentes à acessibilidade, seja ela de qualquer forma como a atitudinal, a arquitetônica, a comunicacional, a instrumental, a metodológica e a programática, pois é um direito garantido para o portador de deficiência pelo ordenamento jurídico, desta forma, assegura e promove condições de igualdade, do exercício dos direitos e das garantias fundamentais visando à inclusão social e a cidadania. O Brasil ainda está em desenvolvimento quanto à acessibilidade das pessoas com deficiência, sendo assim, o Estado deve promover a conscientização e fiscalização para que a sociedade entenda que todos nós somos iguais em direitos e garantias, assim, devendo pensar no próximo, seja construindo edifícios, comércios, shoppings, parques, calçadas, dentre outros. Portanto, a acessibilidade deve ser garantida também de forma igualitária a todos em setores públicos e privados, seja trabalhando ou adquirindo bens ou serviços.

Abstract: This monograph has the main scope of debating the rights of people with disabilities, in line with the issues inherent to accessibility, be it in any way such as athesameas the athedinal, the architectural, the communicational, the instrumental, the methodological and the programmatic, because it is a right guaranteed for the disabled by the legal system, thus ensuring and promoting a level playing field, the exercise of fundamental rights and guarantees aimed at social inclusion and citizenship. The Brazil is still in development regarding the accessibility of people with disabilities, therefore, the State must promote awareness and inspection so that society understands that we are all equal in rights and guarantees, thus, having to think about the next, be it building buildings, shops, malls, parks, sidewalks, among others. Therefore, accessibility must also be guaranteed equally to everyone in public and private sectors, whether working or purchasing goods or services.
