Robótica industrial e suas aplicações

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho aborda a Robótica, suas definições e suas aplicações caracterizada por sua representatividade no campo tecnológico, pois, cada vez mais o segmento industrial realiza as tarefas por meio de robôs para que se possa obter por meio desta tecnologia aumento de produtividade, redução de custos e, soluções para trabalhos em condições insalubres, indicando a sua importância e complexidade. Como objetivo principal este trabalho buscou promover, por meio da literatura, a importância que possui a definição correta de um sistema que utiliza a robótica e suas definições e, como objetivos específicos apontar as definições de robótica, descrever a robotização e o processo de paletização e, indicar os resultados benéficos na utilização do robô de transferência de materiais no processo de paletização. A robotização sob a utilização de mecanismos e dispositivos se tornou muito mais do que uma estratégia organizacional resultando em garantia de eficiência operacional, com tecnologias que se tornaram praticamente sinônimas de automação e inovação tecnológica, facilitando inclusive as interfaces na manutenção dos equipamentos, com contribuições reais, muito mais significativas. A materialização das ideias mais elaboradas no ambiente de trabalho industrial beneficia a todos os sistemas produtivos, inserindo mecanismos e dispositivos elétricos automáticos, como a manipulação e a transferência de materiais realizada por robôs determinam melhorias com oportunidades de expansão e desenvolvimento, principalmente, em relação ao gerenciar melhor recursos e processos.

Abstract: This work addresses Robotics, its definitions and its applications characterized by its representativeness in the technological field, since, more and more the industrial segment carries out the tasks by means of robots so that through this technology it is possible to increase productivity, reduce costs and, solutions for work in unsanitary conditions, indicating its importance and complexity. As main objective this work sought to promote, through the literature, the importance that has the correct definition of a system that uses robotics and its definitions and, as specific objectives to point out the definitions of robotics, describe the robotization and the palletizing process and , indicate the beneficial results in the use of the material transfer robot in the palletizing process. Robotization under the use of mechanisms and devices has become much more than an organizational strategy resulting in guarantee of operational efficiency, with technologies that have become practically synonymous with automation and technological innovation, even facilitating interfaces in the maintenance of equipment, with real contributions , much more significant. The materialization of the most elaborated ideas in the industrial work environment, benefits all production systems, inserting automatic electrical mechanisms and devices, such as the manipulation and transfer of materials carried out by robots, determines improvements with opportunities for expansion and development, mainly in better managing resources and processes.
