A formação do oficial combatente do exército brasileiro : significações produzidas no processo de inclusão de mulheres

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho insere-se na Linha de Pesquisa <Formação Docente para a Educação da Área de Concentração <Inclusão e Diversidade Sociocultural= do Mestrado Profissional de Taubaté e teve por objetivo apreender as significações de um grupo de mulheres acerca de seu processo de formação para oficial combatente do Exército Brasileiro. Fundamentou-se nos conceitos sobre a formação do Oficial combatente do Exército Brasileiro e as significações produzidas no processo de inclusão de mulheres nessa função. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa e foram participantes deste estudo 22 (vinte e duas) cadetes da Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN), com sede em Resende-RJ e 16 oficiais recém-formadas, servindo em variadas organizações militares do Exército Brasileiro. Os instrumentos para a produção de informações para esta pesquisa foram um questionário online enviado a todas as militares participantes e um grupo de discussão com as oficiais, realizado de forma online pelo ZOOM. As informações de pesquisa foram transcritas, e os resultados analisados, tendo por base a teoria sócio-histórica. Para isso, foram identificados os pré-indicadores, que são aspectos particulares da fala dos sujeitos como frequência, ênfase e reiteração de determinadas palavras e expressões, com suas insinuações e cargas emocionais. Por similaridade, oposição ou até complementação, esses pré-indicadores foram sintetizados em indicadores e, por fim, surgiram os núcleos de significação que são poderosos para a apreensão de sentidos e significados constituídos pelo sujeito frente à realidade com suas múltiplas determinações. Com a análise intranúcleos e internúcleos, buscou-se apreender as significações das participantes acerca de sua inclusão na formação dos oficiais combatentes. Espera-se que esta pesquisa contribua com o processo de inclusão das mulheres na linha do ensino militar bélico do Exército Brasileiro.

Abstract: This work is part of the Research Line <Teacher Training for Education, of the Concentration Area <Inclusion and Sociocultural Diversity= of the Taubaté Professional Master's Degree and aimed to understand the meanings of a group of women regarding their training process for combat officer of the Brazilian Army. It was based on concepts about the training of combat officers in the Brazilian Army and the meanings produced in the process of including women in this role. This was research with a qualitative approach and participants in this study were 22 (twenty-two) cadets from the Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN), based in Resende-RJ and 16 recently graduated officers, serving in various military organizations in the country. The instruments for producing information for this research were an online questionnaire sent to all participating military personnel and a discussion group held with female officers, carried out online via ZOOM. The research information was transcribed and the results analyzed based on socio-historical theory. For this purpose, pre-indicators were identified, which are particular aspects of the subjects' speech, such as frequency, emphasis and reiteration of certain words and expressions, with their insinuations and emotional charges. Due to similarity, opposition or even complementation, these pre-indicators were synthesized into indicators and finally the nuclei of meaning emerged, which are powerful for the apprehension of meanings and meanings constituted by the subject in the face of reality, with its multiple determinations. With the intra-nucleus and inter-nucleus analysis, we sought to understand the meanings of the participants regarding their inclusion in the training of combat officers. It is hoped that this research will contribute to the process of including women in the Brazilian Army's military military education.
