Atendimento de pessoas com feridas crônicas e agudas em unidades de saúde

Abstract

Resumo: Introdução: O tratamento de uma ferida vai muito além da realização do curativo, pois quando o cliente procura por uma unidade de saúde, ele procura a cura para seu problema. As unidades básicas e a unidade privada de saúde constituem-se locais de referência para a população com lesões crônicas ou agudas, sendo um local onde deveriam ter atendimento integral. Objetivo: Identificar as dificuldades dos enfermeiros das Unidades Públicas e Privada de Saúde de uma cidade do Vale do Paraíba que atendem indivíduos com feridas crônicas e agudas. Metodologia: Estudo descritivo com abordagem quali-quantitativa. Resultados e Discussão: Foram pesquisados 09 enfermeiros das Unidades Básicas de Saúde e 08 enfermeiros da Unidade Privada, tendo como uma das maiores dificuldades a falta de estrutura para realização dos curativos e a resistência da equipe médica. Conclusão: Prestar um cuidado de qualidade a pacientes portadores de feridas crônicas e agudas é um desafio enfrentado pela enfermagem. O profissional enfermeiro não deve atentar apenas para a lesão em si, mas ter a sensibilidade para planejar holisticamente o cuidado.

Abstract: Introduction: The treatment of a wound goes far beyond the completion of the healing, because when customer demand for health unit, he seeks a cure for your problem. The basic units and the private health facility constitute local reference to the population with chronic or acute injuries, being a place where they should have comprehensive care. Objective: To identify the difficulties nurses of Basic Units and Private Health of a city of the Vale do Paraíba that treat individuals suffering from chronic and acute wounds. Methodology: A descriptive study with qualitative and quantitative approach. The deductive method was used to conduct the reasoning in understanding the data being collected. Data were tabulated and analyzed as proposed by Bardin. Results and Discussion: 09 nurses of Basic Health Units and 08 nurses from private drive, having as one of the greatest difficulties the lack of infrastructure to achieve the healing and the strength of the medical staff were surveyed. Conclusion: To provide quality care to patients with chronic and acute wounds is a challenge faced by nursing. The nurse practitioner should not only pay attention to the injury itself, but having the sensitivity to holistically plan care.
