Habeas corpus 143.641 e sua visão psicojurídica

Abstract

Resumo: Tal trabalho de conclusão de curso tem por objetivo entender um pouco mais sobre remédio jurídico Habeas Corpus uma vez que o mesmo em fevereiro de 2018 foi concedido a Adriana Ancelmo, ex primeira dama do estado do Rio de Janeiro, para que respondesse pelo seu crime em prisão domiciliar pelos crimes que cometeu, tendo como principal argumento a importância da mãe, ou melhor, da visão materna na criação da criança. Aqui poderemos ver criticas positivas e negativas a respeito do mesmo, e também qual o real sentido da visão materna, além de entender se tal Habeas Corpus concedendo tal liberdade seria realmente bom para a criança, uma vez que talvez a presença da genitora, por ter cometido um ato infracional, acarretasse em uma má formação do caráter da criança, levando assim ela, futuramente, a cometer atos ilícitos também. Poderá ser observado também que por saber dessa tal concessão de liberdade muitas mulheres acabam engravidando somente para poder obtê-la.

Abstract: This work to finish the course aims to understand a little more about Habeas Corpus legal remedy since the same in February 2018 was granted to Adriana Ancelmo, former first lady of the state of Rio de Janeiro, to respond for her crime in house arrest for the crimes she committed, having as main argument the importance of the mother, or rather, the maternal vision in the child's creation. Here we can see positive and negative critiques about the same, and also the real meaning of the maternal vision, besides understanding if such Habeas Corpus granting such freedom would really be good for the child, since perhaps the presence of the committed an infraction, would result in a misrepresentation of the character of the child, thus leading, in the future, to commit illicit acts as well. It may also be observed that because of this granting of freedom many women end up becoming pregnant only in order to obtain it.
