A nova interpretação da nomenclatura "animais"

Abstract

Resumo: O trabalho apresentado buscou as diversas nomenclaturas encontradas no ramo do direito nacional e internacional, visando uma nova nomenclatura para a palavra animais. Através de pesquisas em diversas legislações, tanto já ineficazes no ramo do direito, quanto as novas leis encontradas em outros ordenamentos jurídico. Ao entender as diversas pesquisas cientificas sobre os animais e as doutrinas majoritárias sobre eles. Foi necessário comparar então os diversos pensamentos sobre o conceito de animais que vem sendo tratado na Constituição Brasil, no Código Civil e nas Leis esparsas, com a nomenclatura que vem sendo tratada nas diversas Constituições Internacionais e em suas leis específicas de vários países sobre os animais. Pode-se assim entender essa nova nomenclatura a qual seria mais adequada a ser usada no âmbito nacional sobre os animais, acarretamento uma necessidade de nova legislação e mudança de pensamento dos brasileiros em busca de melhor qualidade de vida aos animais e a todos os seres vivos.

Abstract: The work presented sought the various nomenclatures in the field of national and international law, aiming at a new nomenclature for animals. Both by means of different legislations and by other legislations in other branches of law, by means of laws or orders, both in different laws and in other laws. By understanding how various scientific research on animals and the majority doctrines about them. It was then necessary to compare the different thoughts on the concept of animals that are being treated in the Brazilian Constitution, in the Civil Code and in the Sparse Laws, with the nomenclature that has been treated in the various International Constitutions and in their specific laws of several countries on animals. It is thus possible to understand this new nomenclature which would be more appropriate to be used at the national level on animals, causing a need for a new change in the thinking of Brazilians of better quality of life for animals and all living beings.
