Negoçiação coletiva e a pandemia do Covid-19

Abstract

Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar a matéria de Direito do Trabalho, sua ramificação do Direito Coletivo do Trabalho que originou a Negociação Coletiva, que é o objeto principal do presente instrumento. Tendo sido esclarecida a negociação, sua origem, seus sujeitos, seus objetivos, funções sociais, suas finalidades e seus resultados, será abordada a pandemia do Covid 19. Conceituará a Pandemia e analisará seus efeitos, tanto na sociedade como um todo, quanto na matéria estudada por este. Após estes entendimentos, serão mostradas as mudanças na legislação trabalhista brasileira a partir da crise e quais foram os efeitos dessas alterações dentro das negociações coletivas. Foi realizada e será apresentada uma pesquisa entre os Acordos Coletivos Trabalhistas e as Convenções Coletivas Trabalhistas com vigência no período de 01/04/2019 a 01/08/2019 e no período de 01/04/2020 a 01/08/2020, com a finalidade de enumerar as mudanças observadas, seja em quantidade ou matéria destes. Por fim, serão demonstradas as principais mudanças e qual foi o reflexo delas na sociedade.

Abstract: The objective of this work is to presente the subject os Labor Law, its Branch of Collective Labor Law that originated Collective Bargaining, which is the main object of this instrument. After clarifying the negotiation, its origin subjects, object ives, social functions, purposes, an d results, the Covid 19 pandemic will be addressed. I t will define the pandemic and anal yze its effects, both on society as a Whole ans on the subject matter studied here. Followin g this undertanding, changes in Brazilian labor legislation will be shown since the crisis and what effects these alterations had on collective negotiations. A survey was conducted and will be presentes on Collective Labor Agreements ans Collective Labor Conventions valid from 01/04/2019 to 01/08/2019 and from 01/04/2020 to 01/08/2020, with the purpose o f listing the observed changes, we ther in quantity or subject matter Finally, the main changes and their reflection on society will be demonstraded.
